Dec 13, 2023. dates for the 2024 iowa wrestling camps have been released. the men’s camps will be in june and the women’s camps will be in july. camps for the men’s program will have several options available. new this year is a five day winning philosophy camp. the women’s program will have five day and three day camps available. This camp is open to any and all entering high school in the fall of 2024 and is highly recommended for athletes who are on a path to continue their freestyle wrestling career with an elite level of experience. there will be 3 workouts per day 2 mat practices and 1 conditioning workout. schedule: friday 1:30 pm 8:30 pm.
