Jesus watches his back. he watches all believer’s backs, but only if they let him. it is not your job, as a board member, deacon, or elder to keep your pastor’s dirty secrets, or help him “fix” or cover up a situation. as a church leader you have an obligation to protect the sheep, the believers and children in your church.
