Here’s the 30 day ab challenge in a calendar format along with a format refresher: days 1 7: 30 seconds per exercise with 30 seconds rest between exercises. days 8 14: 40 seconds per exercise with 20 seconds rest between exercises. days 15 21: 50 seconds per exercise with 10 seconds rest between exercises. days 22 30: 60 seconds per exercise.
