Healthy Taco Pasta Skillet Quick Simple Healthy Little Peach Fill a medium size sauce pan with water and bring to a boil. once water is boiling add your pasta. boil until al dente, about 8 10 minutes, stirring occasionaly. There are just a few steps to this (and only one pan needed). brown the meat and drain any fat. add the seasonings, pasta, water and salsa. simmer until pasta is tender (no need to drain). stir in the cheese until melted and creamy. that’s all there is to it. for extra flavor, sprinkle with your favorite taco toppings!. Add the ground beef and sprinkle it with one batch (homemade) or packet of taco seasoning. break apart and cook until browned, about 10 minutes. while the ground beef is cooking, combine coconut milk, nutritional yeast, starch, and 1 tablespoon taco seasoning. whisk together until smooth. Add uncooked gluten free rotini pasta and vegetable or beef broth. stir to combine. cover with lid and cook about 15 minutes. uncover and cook another 5 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed. sprinkle cheese and fresh cilantro over top. cover and cook an additional 2 3 minutes until cheese melts.
