Top the beef mixture with the cabbage and cover the skillet. cook for about 15 minutes. convenient yet delicious, these unstuffed cabbage rolls are ready in less than 30 minutes! remove the lid and mix the cabbage into the meat, then add a layer of shredded cheese. cover again and cook until the cheese is melty.
