Post Game Talk Jets 4 Blues 2 Page 3 Hfboards Nhl Message First full 60 minute game in a long time against a desperate team. the game wasn't really close. thought capo came in and played a very steady game considering how little he's played this year. i loved the jets physical nature in this game. pionk looked like he wanted to murder someone and i think he plays his best when he's snarly. Other than a 12 minute sag in the middle of the second period, i thought the jets controlled the majority of the game. top line attributed themselves better than last game, but still suffer from being very light on the transition game. ehlers is f***ing money. really is criminal that he doesn't get more ice time.
Post Game Talk Jets 4 Blues 2 Page 2 Hfboar Just finished watching the 3rd. jets we're lucky to win this game, as morrissey's gwg was a lucky bounce. a win is a win i guess, but they've been sleepy for far too many games. 5 5 stickmen tonight, first and foremost everyone on the team did their job. starts in net helle solid, scheifele is the winnipeg jets, kfc some go some bad, d men were stout, a i does his job and the coaches like that, 4th line had it's moments., just a solid season defining win against one of the best teams in the league in their barn. Let's call a spade a spade here, if this caliber performance was from any of the two none set in stone lines it would have been quickly changed as we have seen throughout the year. also if this team is so dependent on needing a line that is hemeraging for 1 3 of each game to maintain balance. Anyone remember the trauma chevy caused this board when he gave up a 1st for monahan haha . havent seen a lot of fire brad lauer posts lately either.
