Beholders are solitary creatures, meant to be the biggest threat in a dungeon. in the game, they serve a similar role as dragons, guarding their lair and the treasures inside of it from pesky adventurers that might be foolish enough to anger them. these monsters take toughness to a whole new level. 1.
