Allow the sweeteners to cool until the temperature is 212f. add the syrup to the gelatin. using a mixer, whip on high for eight minutes. turn mixer to low. add in pumpkin spice and vanilla. mix until combined. pour and spread while warm. allow marshmallows to set for 12 hours.

Fall Treat Homemade Pumpkin Marshmallow Recipe Let the gelatin sit and dissolve for at least 5 minutes. place the remaining 1 2 cup of water, the corn syrup, and the granulated sugar in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. stir to dissolve the sugar, and insert a candy thermometer. allow the mixture to cook without stirring until it reaches 240 f on the thermometer. Generously grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. pour marshmallow mixture into dish and smooth out until flat. let sit for at least 4 hours to overnight, or place in the fridge for an hour. In a small bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger and allspice. set aside. add the gelatin and ½ cup of the ice cold water to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. in a small saucepan, add the remaining ½ cup water, granulated sugar, corn syrup and salt. place the pan over medium high heat. Mix together the dusting powder and sprinkle just a thin coating on top of the mixture in the pan. set aside the majority of the mixture for later. allow the marshmallows to set over night or at least 8 hours. after the marshmallows have set, lay out a piece of parchment or foil and sprinkle with more dusting powder.
