Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. set aside. in a large bowl, mix the potatoes with the melted butter. stir in the cubed ham and 1 2 cup cheese. in a large bowl combine the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder and whisk until combined then pour over the potato mixture. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with non stick spray. set aside. in a large bowl, add the potatoes, diced ham, and shredded cheese and stir to combine. pour the potato mixture into the prepared baking dish. in the same bowl, add the eggs, milk, salt and pepper and whisk together. Create the gravy. add the butter to the skillet with the chunked ham over low heat. once the butter is melted, slowly add in the flour, salt, and pepper.
