Sauté the chicken for 3 4 minutes per side until it’s browned slightly. step 3 – next, add the veggies. add the red bell pepper and onions. sauté them with the chicken for 5 7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. step 4 – coat in salsa.
