Add your potatoes and boil for 15 minutes. once done, remove from water and drain well. in a bowl (or food processor), add your potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic paste, and heavy whipping cream, and mash until you reach your desired texture. transfer potatoes to a 9x13 baking dish and top with shredded cheese. cover and bake mashed potatoes for 20.
