August 13, 2024. our child care 101 blog series focuses on informing and educating voters who want to support child care when it comes to fixing our nation’s broken child care system, our leaders must address the worsening pay gap and low wages of early childhood educators along with issues of child care momsrising education fund. In 2022 momsrising won transformational policy changes that bettered the lives of families, boosted the economy, and lifted democracy. these include protections for pregnant and nursing workers, lower prescription drug costs, childcare and early education investments, infant formula security, a massive mobilization of mom voters, and much more. Momsrising is also a new media outlet with over 3,000 bloggers and a combined estimated blogging and social media readership reach to over 5 million people. our momsrising movement is powered by two separate organizations, momsrising together, a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization, and momsrising education fund, a 501(c)(3) public charity.
